Welcome To Emmaus Road Corp. Ministries
EMMAUS ROAD MINSTRIES
MISSION STATEMENT: Our mission at EMMAUS ROAD MINISTRIES is to go into all the world and be God’s hands extended to the widows, orphans, the poor, the hurting and the persecuted. To the prisoner in jail we bring the freedom of the gospel, and to the old and infirm the Love of Christ. We do this by feeding the hungry, healing the sick, and providing care to the needy and helpless, and bringing the Good News of the saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ to our local area here in the States, to South East Asia and Africa and around the world. We are an interdenominational international Christian ministry. |

“DID NOT OUR HEARTS BURN WITHIN US AS HE TALKED TO US ON THE ROAD ....?” Luke 24:31
Luke 24:32
The EMMAUS ROAD is an experience of meeting with Jesus Christ on a difficult road. A road of needs, of mourning and grieving, and questioning, but also a road of finding truth, of encounter and of revelation. We find reasons on that road to carry on and finding our ultimate purpose in life. A life lived with Christ at its center, full of zeal and a heart of burning love, for we have met our Master Jesus on the EMMAUS ROAD, and our eyes where opened by the Holy Spirit ! He has been with us all the while but we did not recognize Him until our eyes where opened to His presence having being always with us. And now we are ready, with astonishment and total surrender, to follow His call no matter where it leads. We at EMMAUS ROAD have heard His Call to action for Christ Jesus, to reach out and be Gods servants where ever this road may lead… come and follow in total trust knowing He is with us. JESUS CHRIST IS CALLING………..Come and follow! For God is the “Father of orphans, defender of the widows, such is God in His Holy dwelling; God gives the lonely a permanent home, makes the prisoners happy by setting them free,….” Psalm 68:5-6 We invite you to join us, no matter what the cost… What do we do? EMMAUS ROAD is a Christian interdenominational international ministry dedicated to those who cannot help themselves. Specifically widows and orphans in Myanmar/Burma. We have two orphanages in that country, one near the Indian Border, “Faith Children Home”, and on outside of the city of Yangon. “House of Peace”. We are looking forward to opening more homes for unwanted children as God supplies, since there is a great need. Our directors of both homes are being offered children to take in all the time! We also sponsor adult single women into training courses to be able to earn a living for themselves. There has been a great effort on our part to train the young teens in skills that will allow them to earn a good living once they are on their own. Faith-based private schools All our children attend faith-based private schools, the best in the area, to get the most excellent education and have a solid base of faith in Christ which is being reinforced by the homes themselves. We have started to house elderly women who have no home or loving families, with the children at our homes. Care for AIDS Victims The care for AIDS victims is a very important aspect of this ministry, we have been teaching our director at Faith Children’s home to care for at least one family that has been affected by AIDS. There is always someone worse off than we are, and when we have been given so much we need to give on the blessings. We have had the privilege of caring for three of these affected families and where able to care for they spirits, bodies and medical needs till they went to be with the Lord. Director John of House Of Peace near Yangon has lost his brother and sister in law to this illness and is well aware what it takes to care for these poor ones. S.E.Asia We travel to S.E.Asia three times a year to have relationships with our children and directors, to encourage and connect with the Love of Christ Jesus. We provide medical care, teeth have been pulled and glasses provided, and medicine given, operations have been financed. Like Jabez said” Lord bless me so I can bless others.” 1. Chronicles 4:10 GLORY TRAIN Ministry GLORY TRAIN Ministry is a local ministry working with prisoners and senior citizens in asssistant living situations and hospital visits.
